Every time I close and re-open the program, my tax rate “kinda” disappears.
If I go into Settings/Tax Settings/Configure Rates… Nothing is there…
Entering a rate with a name I have already used, gives me an “already exists” error…
I checked my phpMyAdmin and I now have about 8 tax rates entered, none of which show up on the invoice entry screen. (It does however add the tax, hence the “sort of”)
Adding a “new” tax rate temporarily solves the issue, The Tax line appears on the InvoiceEntry screen and I can choose to remove the tax per client…
Having a tax exempt option in the Client setup would be a godsend, and I don’t understand why it isn’t already there… we do a lot of work for churchs and wholesalers, and they get irritated when we miss the exemption line…
I have tried shifting to the line Item Tax rather than Invoice Tax, but it behaves the same way…
Any input or help would be appreciated.

@david can you please check that the tax rates are included in the min-load.
@hillel Yes, they are in the mini load - could these be excluded if we are excluding data in the initial load?
