After testing, the following critical features are not met for us and so I put them here as possible improvements.

Recurring Invoices should rather be recurring invoice items. If you have only recurring invoices with for example intervals monthly, quarterly, annually an bi-anually, then the client is getting up to 4 different invoices in one month - one invoice for every interval. Or even more if more than one invoice for the same interval is being made. Our clients do not tolerate this. The items should be entered independently and then only one monthly invoice should be made for all items that are due at the moment.

The whole data should be searchable in important data attributes. Important attributes are names, descriptions and other fields of an invoice. For example, when I’m putting a domain name into an invoice, the search should find the invoice number and the client, which the search pattern matches.
