Sorry, I don’t know what docker problem you’re referring to. It seems like you’re trying to both migrate and move v4, I suggest dealing with one at a time.

You should be able to workaround the mac error by archiving the company gateways records but it will deactivate any auto-bill tokens.

That error is usually caused by using PHP 7.4, v4 required PHP 7.3

i have checked it again.

v4 has php73 and v5 has php74 enabled

I now have the domain pointing to the /public/ directory and suddenly I could log in. But it ran differently for years before.

The migration still fails because of the MAC problem.

Maybe setup a phpinfo page to confirm the PHP version?

The debug window shows me 7.3.26.

Do the APP keys have to be identical for v4 and v5?

No, the APP_KEY just needs to be the same if you move the same version to another server.

Reading this thread top to bottom I am confused. I’m not sure how V4 has become involved in this?

I think the V4 app_key has been changed and needs to be rolled back to the original one, that should stand up V4 again. Then we can deal with V5 separately once V4 is back online.

last and current status:

a) original and productive environment: meinfamilienfreund.de | v4 | does not work - MAC is invalid
b) copy v4.meinfamilienfreund.de | v4 ( [v4.5.34] | works
c) migration target v5.meinfamilienfreund.de | v5 (v5.1.21-C44) | works

When I try to migrate b) to c), the MAC error also comes up.

How can I “roll back”. I have no other.

In (b) are you able to access Settings > Online Payments and edit the per gateway settings?

This should confirm if the MAC problem is related to v4 or v5.

in the upper area I was able to save successfully (without changes).
in the lower area I have successfully added a new provider (test / test)
