I logged into my instance and this is what I see. It seems like the UI or some other stuff is horribbly missing.
This is in Chromium which I have been using with IN for some months, I also tried it on another PC with Firefox with the exact same issue.
I am hosting it under Apache 2.4/MariaDB
Edit: It looks like the firewall was blocking fonts.gstatic.com
