Signature from customer not showing on Quote / Invoice


I have done the following steps:

  1. Advanced Settings -> Client Portal -> Checkbox & Signature -> Ticked all 5 boxes

For some reason, the clients signature will not show up on the quote/invoice once they have approved the quote/invoice by signing and ticking the check box.

I am using a ‘clean’ design. I do not have experience coding etc, so i’ve kept the invoice very basic, i’ve just uploaded my company logo.

If anyone can help that would be great. Thank you.

No it doesn’t help it. I can’t figure it out!

I love the feature but it doesn’t work properly…

Surely the signature needs to show up on the quote or somewhere that can be saved for future reference?

I’m not sure, it works in my test.

If you hover over the ‘i’ icon by the contact on the edit invoice page do you see the signature?
