Safari render issue?

I have had at least two clients state that their invoice is not viewable within Safari on their Mac. Both are running Safari v14.0.2.

Has anyone else seen this?

Safari 14.0.1 Self-Hosted Invoice Ninja 4.5.20 For the last several betas of… macOS Big Sur, I've been having trouble editing any invoices as the window basically freezes. This works fine in browsers like Firefox and Chrome, so it's something specific to Safari 14.0.1 as best I can tell. When comparing the network inspector between Safari and Firefox, I noticed an additional "edit" document which errors with no real response, so it almost behaves like a 404 though there's no HTTP status code received. This doesn't exist though when looking at it in Firefox. <img width="1832" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/8153796/99154446-ac0c3b80-2664-11eb-8e67-59730b104364.png"> When I look at the details of the red-text "edit" document, I see the following (which isn't much): <img width="787" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/8153796/99154482-efff4080-2664-11eb-8d86-04e39f58c6ea.png"> And when I look at the Preview tab it just states "An error occurred trying to load the resource". I have tried resetting Safari preferences, disabled all extensions (I only have a password manager and ad-blocker extension anyways), and still the same result. Using a lower version Safari seems to be fine in my testing, problem is with the version that ships with macOS Big Sur. Any ideas? FWIW - I tried this same Safari on the newer v5 of Invoice Ninja on the hosted demo, and it works fine there, so it's something between Safari 14.0.1 and the self-hosted Invoice Ninja version 4.5.20.
