Report functions fail with API 409 error

Hi

When trying to run any report nothing happens and I get repeated API 409 errors.

No matter what report I try, export or preview I get the “Processing” popup but that is all. I have everything else running well including email integration and pdf generation and have been using the system for 3+ months.

Are there logs that may show more info?

Hi,

I suggest checking the browser console for errors as well as storage/logs.

You may also want to test with the desktop app.

Yes the Windows app does no show this issue.

I will use that as my interface.

Are you using the reports in the desktop app or Settings > Import/Export?
