Hey there, I’m using Square for my Payment Gateway. After a client paid an invoice online, I refunded the payment through Invoice Ninja. However the money was not refunded to the client. I can see through my Square Dashboard that the transaction was not refunded. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks, in advance.
Refunds are not available via the portal. If refunding is available a separate switch is shown which says Gateway Refund.
@david thank you. For future reference refunds are not supported with Square. Someone at contact@invoiceninja told me that it was earlier.
