Can you tell me if ‘Recurring payments’ are flagged as ‘Outstanding’? I have no payments currently Outstanding but Invoice Ninja is telling me I have quiet a bit outstanding.

Are you referring to recurring invoices? The recurring invoice itself isn’t counted against the balance however the invoices it generates are counted.
