Recurring Invoices Didn't Send

I noticed today that my recurring invoices did not send - I had them scheduled at 6am and today I noticed that it was configured for 12pm. (This must have been reset during an upgrade?). I’m running the docker version 5.8.15. I attempted to change the email send time in the React interface to 9 am and it did not change the send time, of scheduled invoices. In the Flutter version, I can see the next send time is 12PM. Is there any way to change this?

OK I found that if I went in to each recurring invoice and just clicked save after changing the email time setting, all invoices updated with a new send time.
