Re-install doesn't work

Hello,

Move all the files and and export/import the database to another domain on the same server.

When type the URL, i see the install form. The database test button works perfect, but when trying submit the form, the form reload without any error.
How can i re-install IN? So they install form submitted?

Solved!
Do all the settings in the env-file.
Now it works!
