Quote and Invoice Customization: Add Title or Subject

Hi Guys, I need some help here.

Is it possible to add Title/Subject into the Quotation and Invoice? This line should appear above the Item, Descriptions table (refer to the attachment).

My version is v5.7.3-C123

You are right. I tried using the custom design but its not working

Can you explain, what problem are you seeing?

I used a Custom Field to do this and label my invoices.
