Proposals: Snippet text doesn' retain font weight / bold when added to Proposal

Does anyone have a fix for this? I’ve been trying to figure it out for an hour without any luck.

I add my snippet in, and all but TWO WORDS (out of about 60) are still bolded. Even stranger, once the proposal is sent, the two words lose the bold. Everything in the original template is exactly how I designed it.

PLEASE HELP!

Are you saying emailing a proposal changes it? Can you reproduce the problem.

It may be helpful if you can send a screencast.
