It may help to click “Refresh data” on Settings > Device Settings
If that doesn’t help please send an email to contact@invoiceninja.com.
Thank you, Hillel. Self-refresh did not work. The fix after following your suggestion to send an email was immediate. This also resolved the overlying problem of not being able to connect to Gmail.
