Prevent a User from deleting the task that the admin has assigned/created

How to prevent a User (user has edit permission) from deleting the task that the admin has assigned/created for him or is there any comment option for view-only users?

Presently users with edit permission can delete admin-created tasks in self-hosted

Thanks for your quick reply & time. How long the deleted task will be there in the system does it automatically clear, if it stays in the system maybe the admin can restore it at some point.

The deleted task will always remain in the system.
