is it possible in V5 to set a standard user for new tasks or projects? Can not find such an option unfortunately, but it would be very helpful for all users who are just using InvoiceNinja with just one user like me…

All records have two user fields: created by and assigned to.
The current user will be automatically set as the created by user.

thank you for the information. And sorry for not being clear about what i meant.
I mean this field - i think it is the “assigned to” field you mentioned?
For every installation where there is just one user (i assume most of them or a lot of them are such installations) it would be useful if the project and task is automatically assigned to this user.
Or is it not relevant if i want to invoice all tasks from a specific client? Maybe i am thinking too complicated… 
Sorry, it isn’t supported. If there’s only one user I’m not sure how it would help to set the field.
Note: if you want to see which user created the record you can reference the created by field.
