Do you have a white label licence?
No, we didn’t have. we are checking your application. Without white label licence pdf not working ah? we have to check the code and flow in local .If we are okay with we will buy white label licence…
In the past we required a white label license to use the hosted SnapPDF option however we’ve since made it available to all users.
Hi Team, I am using hosten ninja.. before it was working fine…last two weeks i am facing problem… Please check and confirm your side… Without PDF we can’t check full flow…
if i am using phantom js means it gives below error
There was an error generating the PDF with Phantom JS {“exception”:"[object] (App\Exceptions\PhantomPDFFailure(code: 0): There was an error generating the PDF with Phantom JS at /var/www/html/app/Utils/PhantomJS/Phantom.php:157
hi team, any update for this question…
I’m not sure what is happening here, the PDF service is operating normally, but the error indicates they are still using Phantom
(App\Exceptions\PhantomPDFFailure(code: 0): There was an error generating the PDF with Phantom JS at /var/www/html/app/Utils/PhantomJS/Phantom.php:157
which may indicate the system has not refreshed the config you can try running /update?secret=secret to update the cache.
