Payfast Payment Gateway not showing

No errors that I can see in the log

Describe the bug

The payment gateway is added and show status “OK” in health check but is not showing up on any client portal.

Steps To Reproduce

I have tried to remove and re add the gateway

Expected Behavior

After adding the gateway I expect to see it on the client portal with my previously configured gateways.

Additional context

I have check to see that the gateway is set to visible in the database/migration file.
I have checked there are no limits on the payment gateway settings.

Hi,

Please check that the client’s country and currency are set to values supported by Payfast.

Thanks for your response. I have checked and they seem to be supported.

However I cannot find the pdt key on the payfast website.

The “health check” in the browser app passes however in the desktop app “check credentials” produces “invalid credentials”

so perhaps the missing pdt key is the problem.

I have reached out to payfast support as I cannot find this key on their site.

Sorry if these are silly questions, I am not a professional and doing my best to diagnose.
