Pay Now Button Missing

Today I created a new invoice for a client, but when I view the invoice as the client, the Pay Now Button is missing. It only gives the option to download the invoice. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I am a paid user on the Pro Plan. Please advise. Need to get paid!

We deployed a new release this past weekend. By default new invoices are created as ‘draft’, in order for a payment to be entered you need to click ‘Mark Sent’ on the invoice edit page.

Well, they are automatically marked as payed

Do you still have a question? Did you intend to create the invoices as paid, it would explain the ‘Pay Now’ button not being shown.

When editing an existing invoice there should be a ‘View as recipient’ link to view the invoice in the client portal. The image you shared is for an unsaved invoice.

Yes, sorry about that. I meant, after “Mark Sent” it redirects to the edit

Have you enabled a payment gateway?
