I just had clients having problems paying invoices.
I opened the desktop app and went to SETTINGS >> ADVANCED SETTINGS >> CLIENT PORTAL
And I get a notice “Upgrade to a paid plan to enable the advanced settings”
And when I log-in to https://invoiceninja.invoicing.co
There is no record of any invoices or payments
I’ve been paying for IN for several years.
I now have clients who can’t pay me and I can’t access the software that I paid for!
I need this fixed NOW!
