Importing a CSV for new clients does not populate their Address

Thanks for the screenshots but I’m a bit confused by the ‘wrong extension’ error. Can you try with the desktop app to see if there’s a difference?
The “wrong extension error” screen shot is from testing on your React Demo site while importing a CSV file. It might be related to this issue ( Can't import customers file.csv Error "wrong_file_extension"? )
With the new Desktop App that I just installed, there is No Option to Import a CSV file:
With the Google React App, I’m able to import a CSV file but it does not populate the address for clients - the previous couple of screen shots show. I’m not sure if the mapping is working correctly?

The option to import in the desktop app is on Settings > Import/Export
Also, please check you’re using the latest available version
