Negative credit notes are broken (again)

Payment can't be applied to a credit note

@ecomsilio @bramdriesen v5.3.48 now has this functionality as discussed above. In order to “complete” the payment on the credit note, simply Mark Paid a negative credit note. If you could please provide some early feedback it would be great appreciated!
