Mobile not sending invoice/labelled as draft

Hello,
when i make a new invoice in mobile (ie smart phone ) i am having an issue with the invoice (that shows as a draft) not being sent…even though it says status of sent. What have i done wrong please ?

Hi Steve,

You’ll want to inspect the activity/system logs tab, it’ll provide more information why the email is not sending.
