Migrated from v4 to v5 and ACH didn't migrate for some

I migrated my client from v4 to v5. Most of their client’s information was migrated correctly, but some of the ACH clients information didn’t come over. How do I take care of this without asking the clients for their banking information again and reentering it? I already verified all of the accounts in Stripe a long time ago.


It may hep to use the import customers option in the gateway settings on Settings > Online Payments.

As @hillel mentioned, our Stripe Import is pretty slick, it will import your customer cards / ACH tokens by matching on client email / customer reference. This would be the approach I would take.
