Max # Users (1) on 'Pro' account

I am unable to add another user to my account.

I have tried the following steps so far.

  1. I have gone to settings>user mgmt>missing ‘add user’ button.
  2. In the Search/Shortcut field I have typed add user, It jumps to settings>user mgmt>Red bar stating ’ Maximum Number of Users Reached’
  3. Tried deactivating my pro account and re-activating, still no update.


I am at a loss trying to figure out why the ability to add another user to my account is un-available on a hosted pro account.

Thank you for clarifying this Hillel, I was unaware of this and have just upgraded my account to enterprise to enable this.
