my client list has a few hundered entries like this; client name: ACOLSotdQn .
which seem to have just appeared, i have checked old db backups and they seem to be the same with ghost clients, no names just client hash. however we are now able to see the ghost clients from the dash

If the client registration option is enabled in the client portal it may help to disable it, these may be created by spam bots.
client registration is disabled, never has been enabled
