…just mentioning we would be very glad to see that feature, too. ![]()
Hit the same problem, It would be great if we can have this feature available. Will also drop a note in the feature request.
Unfortunately, even the CC is not working at all for me at the moment, I’ve opened another thread for this problem.
Please add this feature. It’s also a huge pain point for me and for many. As OP said, it’s a deal breaker.
Looks like its been 2.5 years since this was brought up here
However, when sending a request on Github, they close it and send me to this forum.
Could this be the reason why this issue never gets resolved?
Or is it just terribly difficult to implement an auto-populate CC option?
Please take this seriously. I planned on enterprise post-trial, but this is the only thing keeping me on quickbooks. With increasing rates, surely a lot of quiet dissatisfaction w/ missing this basic feature.
Yes, I understand, but no knowing who clicked on a link is far less of a pain-point than not having everyone on the same conversation. Many times, our invoices cc’ed to multiple contacts give rise to conversations on the client end with contacts replying-all to each other sorting out who is going to submit the email, etc.
Definitely need this feature! Would love to hear about any workarounds from customers. Right now, the only way I see to deal with this is send all invoices to our billing inbox, then email them manually from there. So much of the time we’d be saving leaving QBO would get put into re-emailing our invoices.
