I bought the renewal license and it is not valid after purchase. I get the key on the generated invoice but the key is not valid. I am trying to reactivate the key inside the mobile app as I cannot use Invoice Ninja on my pc via web browser. It doesn’t work anymore for some strange reason. Now my plan is on Free and I need to remove the White label branding. Please help as I have emailed email@example.com with no reply and no success.

It may help to add ?clear_local=true to the URL to get back to the login screen. Another option is to try the desktop app.
