Issues migrating from v4 to v5

Hi there, I’m hoping someone can help me.

I’ve just tried to migrate from the v4 to the v5 platform using the three steps as explained on the website

  1. Log in to your account, navigate to ‘Settings > Account Management
  2. Select “Start Migration”.
  3. Select your companies to migrate and “Force migration”.

Via e-mail I was promted to confirm my e-mail adress and to create a password. I received an e-mail saying the migration is complete, however the v5 platform is completely empty. None of my date has been transferred. How can I fix this?

It may help to use the refresh data option on Settings > Device Settings.

Hi Hillel. Thank you for your answer. I have refreshed the data options in V5 but this has made no difference, everything is still empty.

Had a similar issue. Try clicking on the select box on the top left of your dashboard, your company with all your data should be there. For some reason the app seems to be creating a new company with the same name of your current one.
The one with your data should have your logo.

Now the question, how do I delete the duplicated empty company?

You can delete a company on Settings > Account Management.
