Select your companies to migrate and “Force migration”.
Via e-mail I was promted to confirm my e-mail adress and to create a password. I received an e-mail saying the migration is complete, however the v5 platform is completely empty. None of my date has been transferred. How can I fix this?
Had a similar issue. Try clicking on the select box on the top left of your dashboard, your company with all your data should be there. For some reason the app seems to be creating a new company with the same name of your current one.
The one with your data should have your logo.
