See picture attached, I have a client balance discrepancy couple time and can’t figure out why happens

Do you see any errors if you run this on the command line in the main folder of the app code:
php artisan ninja:check-data
I have it hosted @ hostgator, I am not familiar if I can run a command line there. what should I do?
