Issue when adding an image to the invoice background

Hi, I just updated to 4.4.4
As described I added an background image from the proposal editor, to use in my invoices.
But i’m not able to select it from the background image dropdown of the invoice options. Its empty.
The curious thing is that Once i was able to do it, then i updated the proposal and the image, and after that it never appeared again in the dropdown.
Anyone having this issue?

The proposals module needs to be enabled on Settings > Account Management to upload an image.
