Invoice took my money when i am still on free plan. i need my money back

I am bright from Nigeria, just this morning at about 01:07 Am on 2nd December I received a billing email. InvoiceNinja took 10 USD from my account without informing me. I can not understand why they charged me for nothing. i don’t even understand invoices that much, I do not know how it works. i created free account to learnt about it. i need my money back.
