Invoice Template - Not Used Consistently

The selected invoice template chosen in the “Invoice Design” settings is used when creating invoices however, the client portal only uses the default invoice template regardless of the template chosen in the “Invoice Design” settings.

In addition, the “View PDF” button on the invoice page also only displays the default template.

Please advise.


Can you please check the invoice itself has the correct design selected, there is a dropdown on the ‘Settings’ tab of the edit invoice page.

That’s it thanks. It would be nice if there was an option to bulk change the template for existing invoices. Our an option to apply a new template to all invoices old and new. But this works for now. Thanks again.
