Invoice miscalculations with comma as decimal separator (v5.2.19-C58)

It used to be fine earlier this summer though! Here is an invoice from 2021-08-23 where all colums, including quantity (left column, labeled “QTÉ”), were using commas as decimal separators, as intented:

@charles I’m not sure why it was changed. I can see in v4 we do localize the quantity. @hillel do we have a definitive answer for this? should we always localize the qty?

Yes, I think it’s important to use the same decimal separator for the number fields (ie. quantity, percent discount, tax rates).

That would make sense in my opinion too, as there should be some kind of uniformity through the display of numbers, being currency or not.

For instance, that’s the way Microsoft Windows works by default (even if the default settings can be customized).

Both are consistent with each other by default in my localized format.
