Introduce a proper customer service process

Could you please introduce a proper customer service process where we open tickets and can track the status of tickets.

I’m a paying customer , happy to pay little more to avoid 1 sentence replies and to have better visibility.

Same for me. I’m also a paying customer and while most replies are factually correct, they still leave it to me to figure out how to do things.
