I just got a client to install and use the app after messing around quite a bit and they logged in to be welcomes with the following screen:
I set the account up as “Owner” so don’t understand why they see this.
Try setting the user as an administrator temporarily and log out of the app and back in again.
Client decided not to go ahead with the platform after seeing that. Sorry to have bothered you.
