I found an option under the Client Portal Settings. How does it work?
Suppose if I want to configure it as client.abcd.com. So I write client.abcd.com on the input field. Then, set the “A” record for client.abcd.com as 111.111.111.111 where 111.111.111.111 is my hosting IP. Should it work?
I tried just liked that. But, it didn’t work. Did I miss anything? Please let me know.
it should work. you may need to add the domain name into your webhost, so your webhost knows where to forward the request to.

Thanks for replying. I’m using cPanel and connecting the domain using web hosting nameserver. I removed the record from Zone Editor and followed your instruction. I created a new sub domain in the cPanel. Now, it’s showing the empty directory. What to do next?
