I use invoiceninja almost exclusively for tracking my self-employment income.
It would be really cool if overtime rules could be set so that the app would calculate overtime automatically based on the hours of a task. For my use case, these rule sets would be selectable on a per-client and per-project basis, and include things like:
Maximum consecutive hours before overtime
Maximum hours in a day before overtime
Maximum hours in a week before overtime
Overtime for time worked between certain hours of the day
Amount of time off that constitutes a new day
Overtime rate (selectable to be either a flat rate, or a multiple of the base rate)
Double overtime rate
Triple overtime rate (Maybe? I’ve never actually hit triple overtime, but I suppose it’s possible)
