I am new so please be patient with me!
I installed Invoice ninja in a proxmox lxc using turnkey ‘debian-12-turnkey-invoice-ninja_18.0-1_amd64.tar.gz’. All went well and I updated it to 5.11 right after using the UI.
I am not able to export CSV or backup. I have not setup my email for invoice ninja but I cannot find the csv files under /storage/app/public. I also checked the the entire lxc for csv files and confirmed no csv is generated.
I also checked invoiceninja/storage/logs/laravel.log and I don’t see any error being generated (due to requesting exporting csv).
I checked all permissions to make sure the www-data is able to write and that seems ok too.
I really need the export and backup feature. Ideally I don’t want to setup email for invoice ninja but I doubt that’s the culprit.
Please HELP ME
