I’m using Stripe as the online payment method for my IN account. However, when my client tries to pay the invoice via IN’s pay now function, she gets an error from stripe indicating that a required “Number parameter” is not being passed to the Stripe account successfully.
I’ve done several successful tests of the stripe account on it’s own, which leads me to believe the issue has something to do with the way IN and Stripe are communicating.
How can I solve this problem?
Additional Info: When I create an invoice with IN a new customer is created in Stripe. So, there is some communication going on. Problems only seem to occur when said customer goes to pay via credit card.
