Hi there, we’ve been experiencing a “Server operation failed” error whenever we try to generate a hyper link for payment, the receiver gets a pop-up: “Server operation failed”. Different credit card/banks. Any thoughts what would be the problem.

Check your System Logs tab on the dashboard. We store all server responses there.
Also, it may help if you show a screenshot of the exact error page.
