Error after upgrade to V5.6.4

I seem to be encountering this error when using the latest version (5.6.4)
I have tried it on other browsers as well.

After editting a quote and clicking save for the first time it saves fine.
But after making additional changes to the same quote (without leaving the quote) and clicking save, i get the below error:

What could be the issue ?

Not sure, can you check that your. Htaccess file is stone present
