I was experiencing a white screen on the Clients/Customers tab in the Windows App so I attempted to upgrade my self hosted v5 installation. I used softaculous for the upgrade and it seemed to be successful but after the upgrade I’m now getting this page.

Make sure all requirements are satisfied.
With an X beside both zip & iconv.
Have you checked that the zip and iconv PHP extensions are enabled?
Turns out my hosting provider had these disabled. I asked them to enable the extensions and all seems to be working. Thank you for the quick response.
