Error 500 at v5.3.1-C58

I just installed self hosted invoiceninja with version 5.3.1-C58

But when I try to do some actions I always get same error.

500: file_get_contents(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

any ideas?
