Question #1 - I feel like my invoices are not being delivered. How can I check whether they are actually being emailed?
Question #2 - We’d like to upgrade to 5v. Can we do that from self-hosted site? How?

If you use Postmark to send your emails the app has a direct integration, otherwise you’d need to check your email provider.

You need to setup v5 separately and then us the migration tool in v4 on Settings > Account Management.
