E-Mail sent twice

Good morning, my invoice emails are always beeing sent twice.

Due to forum topics I thought it would concern the permission of the ‘public/storage’ folder but - no matter which permissions I set - all mails are being sent twice.

any ideas on this?


Is it possible you have the cron added twice?

As I have to pay for each cron :wink: NO!

If I disable this particular cron - no mails are being sent :frowning:

ok - it seems to be one hell of a problem… but absolutely no suggestions?

can you tell me someone who could help me with that?

Which version of the app are you using?

I haven’t heard any other reports of this which makes me think it may be a configuration issue.

the version is: 5.8.9 W154

The issue is a daily problem as I start the cronjob on a daily basis and can be reproduced.

Can you explain what you mean by “I start the cronjob on a daily basis”?

The cron should be configured once and will then run on its own.

Cron is started automatically of course

It’s possible updating to the latest version may help.

If you can reproduce the issue with the latest version you may want to create an issue on GitHub.
