Hi, I am having some issues, it does not happen everytime, but it is happen often, I email a customer a quote for aprroval, after they approve it, it created duplicated invoices. See picture
Invoices: 00360456 and 00360457 is from same quote
Invoices: 00360454 and 00360455 is from same quote
