Different companies have different client portal layouts?

I have my main company, and I created another test company.

While doing some testing I noticed that my client portals look different when it comes to paying an invoice.

You can see the differences below.

Why is this happening and why hasn’t the new design been updated for my main company?

This is a new checkout flow. That is the default for new companies.

We still have the old one.

You can change this in settings > payment settings > disable one page checkout.
