Desktop app not launch with tiger protect on

Hi,

I notice that the desktop application does not start well when my ModSecurity firewall (tiger protect) is activated on my server. The loader spins in circles indefinitely. When I disable tiger protect, it starts fine.

Is there a way to work around this problem?

Are there any details as to why it’s blocking the request?

Maybe you can add your server’s URL as an exception.

Thank you for your answer. I couldn’t find a place to add an URL as an exception.
No, I didn’t get any details about the blocking.
I solved my problem by disabling the default protection of my hosting, in the cpanel and reactivating one by another the other recommended settings.
