Ok, I suggest creating an issue on GitHub.
Got the same here with “vat” → “MwSt.” (shall be “USt.”) in the totals-table.
Tax by the way is correctly translated into my custom translation.
May be important: My vats are automatically set, but I even renamed the label for German vats from MwSt. to USt. But still it’s MwSt. in the totals.
